EmbroideryFontGenerator.com provides an online tool for generating machine-ready embroidery font files in formats including BX, PES, DST, JEF, and VP3. A Free tier and a paid Pro tier are available.

3. User Accounts

Pro plan users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the font generation system
• Resell access to the Service or use it as a competing font-generation platform
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

5. Intellectual Property

The font designs, software, and underlying algorithms are the intellectual property of EmbroideryFontGenerator.com. Files generated by you are licensed to you per our Font License — they are not sold to you as intellectual property.

6. Pro Plan Subscriptions

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated files will be error-free or compatible with every machine configuration. Use at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbroideryFontGenerator.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
