Our policy for Pro plan subscriptions and purchases.
Pro Plan — Monthly Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day refund on new Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 7-day window, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation
Cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is immediate and prevents future billing. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges, so no refunds apply.
One-Time Purchases
If we offer one-time font pack purchases, a 14-day refund window applies. Contact us with your order details within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@embroideryfontgenerator.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if we detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscription and refund cycles) or violation of our Terms of Service.
