Tips for 3D puff embroidery
Use 3mm foam
Standard 3mm puff foam gives the best height-to-clarity ratio for lettering. Thicker foam works for large text (above 2 inches).
Increase density
Puff foam compresses under the needle. Our fonts add ~15% extra density so letters stay bold and opaque after the foam is trimmed.
Slow your machine
